氯苄基官能化和氯苄基甲基双官能化介孔分子筛MCM-41的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Chlorobenzyl Functionalized and Chlorobenzyl-methyl Bi-functionalized MCM-41

首先比较了氯苄三乙氧基硅烷和氯苄基三氯硅烷硅烷化介孔分子筛MCM-1的差异性,进而采用氯苄基三氯硅烷和甲基三氯硅烷混合试剂硅烷化介孔分子筛,一步得到氯苄基甲基双官能化介孔分子筛MCM-41,并用固体核磁予以证实.发现甲基三氯硅烷一方面可以作为一种“稀释剂”调节氯苄基的负载量,另一方面甲基的引入可增强介孔分子筛的水热稳定性.

Based on investigation of differences between silylating MCM-41 with Cl3SiC6H4CH2Cl and with (EtO)3SiC6H4CH2Cl,the novel strategy was proposed that the mixture of Cl3SiC6H4CH2Cl and Cl3SiCH3 was used to silylate mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41,introducing both hydrophobic methyl and cholorobenzyl groups in one pot,which was comfirmed by solid state NMR.It was found that Cl3SiCH3 with a small molecular size can be used as a thinner to adjust the loading of chlorobenzyl group on surface of mesoporous molecular sieves;the hydrothermal stability of chlorobenzyl functionalized MCM-41 was improved by introduction of methyl groups.
