Bamboo-shaped, nitrogen-doped, large-inner diameter carbon nanotubes were synthesized by catalytic method with diethylamine as carbon source. By using Fe-containing SAPO-5 molecular sieve as catalyst, carbon nanotubes were synthesized under 1073 K high cracking reaction temperture, with inner diameter of about 60 nm, wall depth of about 6 nm, and being bamboo-shaped. It has high BET surface (103 m~2/g) and high N/C atom ratio (N/ C atom ratio is 0.15/0.85).
