Recent Advances in the Ferrier-type Rearrangement Reactions and Their Applications in the Complex Bio-active Molecules

Recent advances in the Ferrier-type rearrangement reactions (including type I Ferrier reaction, type II Ferrier reaction and Ferrier-Petasis reaction) are reviewed. The recent applications of these reactions in the synthesis of complex bio-active molecules are also briefly described.
