聚己内醯胺的分子量分布测定

(1)用1%聚已內醯胺在85%甲酸溶液裏加水分級沉澱的方法,测定了兩個聚己內醯胺試樣的分子量分佈曲線。結果都顯示有一極爲狹窄的高峯,和一羣分佈極寬的分子量較低的部分。所以單就試樣的數均分子量,是不足以了解聚合物的聚合情况的。(2)介紹了聚己內醯胺的羧基滴定的方法。(3)為了更好地了解己內醯胺的聚合機構,聚合條件和加熱時間對聚合物分子量分佈的影響,值得作進一步的研究。

The molecular weight distribution in two samples of polycaprolactam was determined by fractional precipitation of the polymer from a 1% solution in formic acid (85%) at 25℃, using water as precipitant. The number average molecular weights were determined by titrating carboxyl end-groups of the polymer in benzyl alcohol at 175℃ by 0.05 N KOH in methanol-benzyl alcohol.
