金微素的化学Ⅱ.異金微素及其同型物

脫二甲胺金黴素(Ⅱ),經稀鹼溶液處理,得到脫二甲胺異金黴素(Ⅴ),它也可從異金黴素(Ⅳ)經鋅粉醋酸氫化製得,熱解後產生3-甲-4-氯-7-羥隣苯甲醇甲酸內酯(Ⅶ)。金黴素經稀鹼液處理變為異金黴素,呈多晶形,其鹽酸鹽亦有多晶現象。異金黴素經鋅粉真空蒸餾或熱解皆得到隣苯甲醇甲酸內酯(Ⅷ)。脫二甲胺脫羥金黴素(Ⅲ)經稀鹼液處理變為脫二甲胺脫羥異金黴素(Ⅵ),它經鋅粉真空蒸餾或熱解亦得到隣苯甲醇甲酸內酯(Ⅶ)。

Treatment of desdimethylaminoaureomycin (Ⅱ) with dilute alkali produces desdimethyl-aminoisoaureomycin (Ⅴ). The latter can also be obtained from isoaureomycin (Ⅳ) by reduction with zinc-acetic acid. Pyrolysis of (Ⅴ) yields 3-methyl-4-chloro-7-hydroxyphthalide (Ⅶ).
