甲基氯矽烷的氯化

甲基氯矽烷可以在偶氮雙異丁腈的引發作用下,用氯化硫醯進行氯化反應,得到相應的單氯化產物。反應進行速度随着被氯化的矽烷中所合之矽氯鍵增多而減慢。增加引發劑的份量可以增加反應速度。三甲基氯甲基矽烷可以用氯化硫醯與過氧化苯甲醯進行氯化,得三甲基(二氯甲基)矽烷和二甲基二(氯甲基)矽烷。

Methylchlorosilanes were successfully chlorinated with sulfuryl chloride, when azo-bis-isobuty-zonitrile was used as free radical initiator, givinb the corresponding monochlorinated products. The rate of reaction decreased when more Si-Cl bonds were present in the silane to be chlorinated. Increasing the quantity of the initiator increased the rate of reaction. Trimethylchloromethylsilane was also chlorinated with sulfuryl chloride and benzoyl peroxide, both dichloromethyltrimethylsilane and di(chloromethyl)dimethylsilane were simultaneously obtained.
