天然橡膠的分子量分佈

1.在無氧的情况下,光的作用是橡膠溶液粘度不斷下降的主要因素。2.本文敍述在氮氣保護,不見光的情况下测定粘度的實驗設備,這樣可以得到再現性很好的粘度数据和可靠的特性粘數值。3.在氮氣保護和不見光的實驗條件下得到的煙片橡膠的兩次分級結果,都顯示很寬的分子量分佈,而且有相當大的部分分子量在2—3×106以上。試樣的Mn=1.3×106,Mη=1.75×106

The continuous decrease of the viscosity of rubber solution in toluene or benzene under nitrogen atmosphere with the addition of an antioxidant has been confirmed to be the result of photochemical deliradation by the diffused sunlight in the laboratory.An equipment for the determination of intrinsic viscosity under nitrogen atmosphere in the dimkness is hereby described. It gives reproducible viscosity data and reliable values of intrinsic: viscosity.
