不饱和胆酸一类物中的消除反应

ELIMINATION REACTION IN THE UNSATURATED BILE ACID SERIES

在研究将Cortisone及其他副肾皮素合成方法简便化及经济化过程中,我们想将12酮簇不饱和胆酸化合物(Ⅰ)[1]的C3上乙酯簇水解成羟基,以便于形成3,9-氧桥。结果证明,如用浓盐酸及甲醇处理,放置过夜,C3—OAc确能平滑地局部水解,生成Ⅱ[2]。并且即使放置一周,亦只有C3—OAc局部水解,而C7—OAc则不变。

The 12-keto compound (Ⅰ) was transformed through the hydrolysis of the C3-OAc and the elimination of acetosyl group at C7 into compound(Ⅲ) by methanolic hydrogen chloride.The mechanism of the elimination reaction is proposed.
