1.三价锑和4,5-二羟基-螢光黄在一定pH时,可用来作锑的比色测定。最大吸收在520-525mμ。适宜的比色浓度为每毫升0.1-0.7γ。 2.溶液的pH对生成物的影响很大。只在pH3-4之间能进行比色,而以pH4为最适宜之酸度。 3.0.5%的土耳其红油水溶液为很好的稳定剂。 4.氯离子对此法有干扰。

The work of detecting trivalent antimony with the aid of 4,5-dihydroxyAuorescein (gallein), as proposed by Wang Kuei, has been extended to quantitative determination.The substance formed is insoluble in many organic solvants and is only slightly soluble in water.When 0.3 ml of 0.5% sulfonated castor oil is added to the water solution, it becomes stable even at 40°.
