从云南大理县产的紫草乌根中,另分得一新植物硷,暂命名为紫草乌硷乙(isoaconitine),分子式为C34H47O11N,熔点为144-146°,[α]D20.5=+28°,并制成多种结晶盐。紫草乌硷乙在微酸性或硷性溶液中水解时,除分得醋酸和六茴酸外,还分得胺醇C24H37O7N,熔点不明显,约在118-123°,已制得其结晶的氢溴酸盐和四乙酸酯。紫草乌硷乙的部分示性式为C19H20(OH)3(OCH3)(N-C2H5)(CH3OC6H4COO)(CH3COO)。

In the previous commuication, one of us (Chu) reported the isolation of a new alkaloid from the leaves and stems of Chinese Aconitum.A.delavayi Franch.Its local anaesthetic action is found to be twice as much as that of cocaine.This paper describes the isolation of a second new one from the root of another aconitum spp.collected from the same region; its empirical formula is the same as that of aconitine, but differs in melting point and other properties, so that the name isoaconitine is provisionally assigned.
