川芎化学成分研究

芎藭因主产於四川灌縣一帶,所以一般稱作川芎。本草列为上品,主治中風、痙攣、驚風、頭痛等症。近年來又用以治療高血壓病。因此,我們列為治療高血壓藥物研究之一。按川芎的原植物係屬繖形科(Umbelliferae),過去都循作Cnidium univittatum Turcz.或Conioselinum univittatum Turcz.。但最近我們將灌縣所產的川芎全植物送植物所中山植物園鑑定,經定其正確學名應為Ligusticum wallichii Fr.。

The botanical name of the Chinese drug Chuan Hsiung had hitherto been mistaken as Conioselin-cna-enivittaturra, Turcz.(Unabellife-rae j). Recently it was found actually to be Ligustichin Wallichii, Fr. by the Nanking ChungShan Botanical Garden. This drug has long been used in China as, a sedative or as antispasmodic and also for the treatment of rheumatism.
