三羟基金色素用作钒试剂

3,3',3"-三羟基金色素与偏钒酸离子生成蓝黑色沉淀或蓝溶液(视钒含量多寡)。在点滴板上检出VO3-时,检定限度为0.007γ,界限浓度为1:5,000,000。AgI、CuⅡ、PbⅡ、BiⅢ、SnⅡ、SnIV、SbⅢ、FeⅡ,Ⅲ有干扰。溶液pH值对生成的颜色有很大影响,在pH 7-9范围内颜色强度最大。该试剂与VO2-作用生成物的颜色强度在每毫升含VO2-量小于1γ时符合比尔-蘭伯特定律,试剂加VO3-溶液后,需待二十五分钟颜色强度才能恒定。

3, 3', 3"-Trihydrogyaurin was proposed as an analytical reagent for metavanadate ions.It gives a blue-black precipitate or blue colouration with metavanadate.When the reaction is carried out on spot test plate, the identification limit is 0.007γ (Concentration Limit: 1:5,000,000).Among the cations and anions tested, silver, cupric, lead, bismuth, tin (Ⅱ, IV),antimonous and iron (Ⅱ, Ⅲ) interfere.
