防己诺林硷的结构现已完全确定。分子中的酚基系在四氢异喹啉环上的7位。根据本文的实验结果,Todd所提出的Daphnandrine结构是值得怀疑的。

About twenty years ago, one of the present authors[1] (Hsing) described an investigation of the alkaloids of the Chinese drug, Han-fang-chi from which an alkaloid was obtained and proved to be identical with tetrandrine obtained from Stephania tetrandra S.Moore by Kondo[2].Besides, a second phenolic base was obtained and named as fangchinoline which contains 1C and 2H atoms less than tetrandrine.It was proved to be a demethyltetrandrine.
