α-氟甲基乙烯类单体的合成及其聚合

本文报告三种新单体,α-氟甲基丙烯腈(Ⅵ),α-氟甲基丙烯酰胺(Ⅷ)及α-氟甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Ⅶ),以及其中间物的合成方法。氟丙酮是合成这些单体的基本原料,可以顺利自氟乙酰氯与二甲基镉作用而得,产率84%。这方法的产率较高而又比较简便。所有这些单体都很易聚合,且聚合体有较高的软化点。根据初步观察,聚α一氟甲基丙烯酸甲酯是无色透明,坚硬,而软化点非常高,很可能有用于航空高速玻璃或其他特殊用途。

Fluoroacetone (Ⅰ) has been prepared through dimethyl cadmium and fluoroacetyl chloride with promising yield of 84%.a-Fluoromethacrylonitrile (Ⅳ),a-fluoromethacrylamide (Ⅷ) and methyl a-fluoromethacrylate (Ⅶ) have been synthesized and characterized.All these three new monomers polymerize readily and the polymers obtained have much higher softening points than the corresponding a-methyl-vinyl compounds.According to our preliminary observations,the excellent high softening points (about 250°C),freedom from color and glass-like clarity,the methyl a-fluoromethacrylate polymers may make them in demand for high-quality glasses for high-speed aeroplane.
