“1, 6-消除反应”首先由作者之一等提出, 这类反应是指δ-取代的αβ-不饱和羰基化合物在酸或硷的催化作用下脱去取代基, 并形成αβ, γδ-二烯酮(或醛)的反应.由于取代基所在的碳原子与羰基氧原子的相对位置是“1”与“6”, 故称为1, 6-消除反应.

A semiquantitative comparison.on the relative rates of 1, 6-elimination of several δ-substituted.α, β-unsaturated steroidal keton.es was carried out spectropho-tometrically.The preliminary results indicated that the rate of elimination is faster in dilute alkaline medium than is in acidic medium, and the axial δ-substituent is more readily elixninated than the corresponding equatorial ones.
