硫酸盐的间接比色分析法及其用于盐碱土与水的分析

1.所建议的铬酸钡-氧化亚砷-EDTA间接比色测定硫酸盐的分析方法具简易、快速、准确与显色十分稳定的优点,重复性及回收试验良好.合适的浓度范围为每100毫升含0.5-12毫克硫酸根.氯化物、硝酸盐、钾、钠、钙、镁的盐类均无影响,磷酸盐有干扰应除去,大量的铁、铝稍有影响,硅酸盐使结果略高.2.所建议的方法已应用于盐碱土及水中硫酸盐的分析,并得到满意的结果.

A method for indirect photometric analysis of sulphate with barium chromate-arsenous oxide-EDTA has been described.The optimum concentration range lies within 0.5-12 mg SO42- per 100 ml of solution.It is found that Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl- and NO3- do interfere, while PO43- does.Silicate, Fe3+ and Al3+ ions interfere only slightly when they are present in large amounts.This method is simple and rapid, and the colour formed is very stable.It has been applied successively to the determination of sulphate in water and soil analysis, the precision of which is found to lie within 1-3%.
