中国延胡索之研究——Ⅰ. 浙江东阳延胡索中的植物碱

从浙江东阳产的延胡索Corydalis ambigua, Chem.et Sch.中共分得七种植物碱, 其中五种是已知(延胡索素甲、乙、丙、丑和寅).另两种未鉴定成分, 暂名为延胡索素X和延胡索素Y.延胡索素X的实验式为C19H17O4N, 熔点200°, 不含甲氧基, 可能是tetrahydrocoptisine.延胡索素Y的实验式为C21H29O4N, 熔点229°.为延胡索素丑找到较简便的分离方法.其分子式拟从C19H21O4N改为C20H23O4N, 并制成下列结晶盐:(1) 氢溴酸盐, C20H23O4N·HBr, 熔点223°;(2) 氯金酸盐, C20H23O4N·HAuCl4, 熔点127°;(3) 乙酰硫酸盐, C20H22O4N(CH3CO)·H2SO4, 熔点209°;(4) 碘化甲基季胺盐C20H23O4N·CH3I, 熔点235°.又证实延胡索素寅即α-allo-cryptopine.

Besides the five known alkaloids(Corydalis A, B, C, L and M) already reported by Dr.T.Q.Chow from the tubers of Chinese Corydalis ambigua, Chem.et Sch.(Yen-huso.), two more unidentified alkaloids, Corydalis X and Corydalis Y have now been isolated.Corydalis X was obtained in prismatic needles, with the emperical formula, C19H17O4N, m.p.200°.Its hydrochloride melts at 238°.Corydalis Y has the emperical formula, C21H29O7N, melting at 229°.
