将液体胺(如二乙胺及二正丙胺)滴入烃基亚磷酸烃酯(如乙基亚麟酸乙酯或丙酯)和四氯化碳中，稍顷即放热，在溶液中出现白色的盐酸胺的晶体，反应完后过滤，浓缩和蒸馏.已知产物的物理常数以及胺盐的熔点均与文献符合[1,4].

A general method for the synthesis of O-alkyl alkylphosphonamides and O,O-dialkyl thiophosphoramides has been reported.This method is based on the reactions of esters of alkylphosphonous acid and dialkyl thiophosphites with amines in the presence of carbon tetrachloride.The reaction mechanism is discussed.
