本文提出嘌呤、嘧啶、呲啶、噻唑、生物碱和氨基酸等类有机化合物中氮的快速微量测定法.以高錳酸銀热分解产物与黑色晶形二氧化錳的混合物作氧化剂, 在分解样品时并通入电解純氧, 用还原銅作还原剂.結果誤差范围在±0.2%之內, 一次測定需十至十五分钟.

A rapid micromethod for the determination of nitrogen in organic compounds, such as pyridine, pyrimidine, purine, thiazole, alkaloids and amino acids, is described.A mixture of thermal decomposed product of silver permanganate and black crystalline form of manganese dioxide is used as oxidizing agent, and during the course of decomposition pure electrolytic oxygen is introduced to the carbon dioxide gas stream.Metallic copper is used as reducing agent.The error of this method is within ±0.2%.Each determination takes 10 to 15 minutes.
