2-卤乙酰氧基丙烯酸酯的合成和聚合

本文报告2-氟(或氯)乙酰氧基丙烯酸甲酯(Ⅵac)和乙酯(Ⅵbd),及2-二氯乙酰氧基丙烯酸甲酯(Ⅵe)和乙酯(Ⅵf)的合成和其聚合.2-羟基-3-氯丙酸酯(Ⅳ)与氟乙酰氯,氯乙酰氯及二氯乙酰氯反应,生成相应的2-卤乙酰氧基-3-氯丙酸酯(Va-f),后者再经三乙胺去氯化氢,即得相应的2-卤乙酰氧基丙烯酸酯(Ⅵa-f.a-d的本体聚合物均为无色、透明、坚韧的玻璃状固体.这些聚合物,特别是聚2-氟(或氯)乙酰氧基丙烯酸甲酯,具较好的耐溶剂性能.

Six 2-haloacetoxyacrylic esters,namely,methyl and ethyl 2-fluoroacetoxyacylates(Ⅵa,b),methyl and ethyl 2-chloroacetoxyacrylates(Ⅵc,d),and methyl and ethyl 2-dichloroacetoxyacrylates(Ⅵe,f),have been synthesized and characterized.The synthesis consists of:(1) acylation of methyl and ethyl 2-hydroxy-3-chloropropionates(Ⅳa,b),with haloacetyl chlorides to the corresponding 2-haloacetoxy-3-chloropropionic esters(Ⅴa-f),and(2) dehydrochlorination of the acylated compounds with triethylamine to give the desired esters.
