水/矿物油乳状液型变动力学的研究

(1)本文提出水/油型乳状液型变动力学的新研究方法——电导法.(2)测定不同温度下以油酸及氨水为乳化剂时水/矿物油乳状液的电导率-时间关系,并找出二者间存在线性关系.(3)解析此体系的水滴聚结速率并计算水滴聚结活化能.证明对此体系而言,聚结速率取决于水滴凝并速率,而服从类如一级反应的动力学规则.阐明界面膜的破裂为决定过程速率的首要因素.(4)指出乳化剂浓度不同时可表现于聚结活化能的差异及由此导致的乳状液的不稳定性.从此种动力学观点,“稳定温度”及其乳化剂浓度效应得到一种可能的诠释.

A new method,based on electrical conductivity,for the study of demulsification has been developed and applied to W/O emulsions,using oleic acid-ammonium oleate as emulsifying agent.From the variation of conductivity with time the rate of coagulation of the water droplets and the activation energy of the process have been calculated.It was concluded that the rate of coagulation is determined primarily by the coalescence of the water droplets and is kinetically of first order,the most important factor being the breakdown of the surface film.The effect of the amount of emulsifying agent on the activation energy has been pointed out and the result of Wellman and Tartar on the influence of temperature on stability has been discussed in light of this work.
