Nandi[1]首先用扑疟喹啉作铬(Ⅵ)的定性分析试剂.李德凤等[2]曾进行扑疟喹啉与七十四种离子的作用以及铬(Ⅵ)和扑疟喹啉反应进行时的最适当条件.本文报告扑疟喹啉与铈(Ⅳ)、金(Ⅲ)、钒(Ⅴ)的反应灵敏度和选择性,有机溶剂和隐蔽剂对反应产物的作用以及铈(Ⅳ)、金(Ⅲ)、钒(Ⅴ)的检定步骤.本法的优点是反应的灵敏度和选择性均较高.

Plasmochin in the presence of 0.1 N perchloric acid and 8% oxalic acid reacts with Ce(Ⅳ),Au(Ⅲ) and Ⅴ(Ⅴ) to give a redviolet coloration which is insoluble in ordinary organic solvents (17 organic solvents have been tested).The identification and concentration limits both on spot plate and in centrifuge tube have been determined.The limits of proportion of Ce(Ⅳ),Au(Ⅲ) and Ⅴ(Ⅴ) with 23 canons and 25 anions have been determined and in most cases,they neither affect the reaction nor decrease the sensitivity even present in 1000-fold amounts.Procedures for detection of Ce(Ⅳ),Au(Ⅲ) and Ⅴ(Ⅴ) have been devised,which are sensitive and highly selective.
