Debye-Hückel理论中电解质活度系数的对数与离子强度平方根的直线关系只适用于极稀的溶液,对稍浓的溶液并不适用.很早已有人找出,某些溶液的logf±C1/3呈线性关系.Robinson等[1]指出在浓度0.001到0.05m范围内,1ogf±C1/3可绘成直线.

The diffuse lattice model,first suggested by Frank and Thompson for solutions of a single electrolyte,was extended to mixed electrolyte solutions.A formula for the activity coefficients of the ion components of the solution was obtained,i.e.
