O, O-二甲基-S-(N-取代氨基甲酰甲基)二硫代磷酸酯的合成

SYNTHESIS OF SOME N-SUBSTITUTED O, O-DIMETHYL S-(CARBAMOYL-METHYL) PHOSPHORODITHIOATES

采用两种不同方法(A与B法)制备十五种O,O-二甲基-S-(N-取代氨基甲酰甲基)二硫代磷酸酯.方法A是用O,O-二甲基二硫代磷酸酯与N-取代α-氯代乙酰胺在碳酸钠的存在下及在丙酮溶剂中进行反应.方法B是利用O,O-二甲基二硫代磷酸酯的钠盐与N-取代α-氯代乙酰胺的反应.产率在21-78%之间.

Fifteen N-substituted compounds of O,O-dimethyl S-(carbamoylmethyl) phosphorodithioate were prepared by two methods A and B.Method A was based on the reaction of O,O-dimethyl phosphorodithioate and N-substituted α-choroacetylamide in the presence of sodium carbonate in acetone as solvent.In method B the reaction of the sodium salt of the O,O-dimethyl phosphorodithioate and N-substituted α-chloroacetylamide was carried out.The structural formulas,melting points,elementary analyses and the solvents for recrystallization of these compounds were listed in the Table (in Chinese text).
