醋酸乙烯酯中微量丙酮极谱测定

POLAROGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF MICRO QUANTITIES OF ACETONE IN VINYL ACETATE

丙酮在以四乙基铵盐为支持电解质溶液中,当外加电位高至-2.4伏(对饱和甘汞电极)时才在滴汞电极上还原,而且得到的波很不稳定,因此近年来多用间接法测定。即将丙酮与一些试剂作用生成能在较低电位下在滴汞电极上还原的产物,从而测定丙酮含量。Lupton等利用羰基化合物和肼作用生成腙来测定醛和酮。所用支持电解质为酸性硫酸肼。zuman等用伯胺或氨基酸与丙酮作用而测定其产物。

A polarographic method has been developed for determining acetone in vinyl acetate.The supporting electrolyte used is 0.1 N hydrazine sulfate adjusted to pH 7.2 with 1 N sodium hydroxide. Acetic acid does not interfere.
