近年来,异丙醇已广泛应用于无机纸层析领域中。如Онческу[1]等曾以异丙醇-xN HCI(1:1)体系进行四十种金属离子的展开研究,指出各离子的比移值与其氯化物或氯络合物的溶解度间有关。Grassini等[2]亦以不同混合比例的异丙醇-1.5N氢氧化铵为展开剂,进行三十六种阴离子的纸上分配层析。

The chromatographic behaviours of 32 anions on filter paper with isopropanol-water system have been studied. It has been found that the Rfc values of anions increase with increasing the ratio of water in the eluent system and nearly parallel to those obtained by Grassini et al.[2] with the solvent mixture isopropanol-1.5 N ammonium hydroxide. The Rfc values of anions found and the possibility of their separations are listed in Tables 1 and 2. It is shown that a great number of anions can be separated with this eluent system.
