本文报导利用放射性60Coγ射线引发三氟氯乙烯本体聚合进行了小试验、扩大试验和产品加工使用试验。聚合速率与辐照强度成0.5次方关系,聚合按自由基机制进行。聚合总活化能为5.3千卡/克分子,引发活化能趋近于零,聚合进程平稳。聚合后效应随辐照强度的增大而增大,与其他试验条件关系不大。起始6小时的后效应约为总后效应聚合率的40%。
Chlorotrifluoroethylene was polymerized in bulk by means of 60Co radiation in the laboratory and in a pilot plant scale,the processing tes is of the products were also made.The results were as follows:The rate of radiation-induced polymerization of CF2-CFCl is proportional to the square root of the intensity of radiation.The overall activztion energy of polymerization is 5.3 Kcal/mole and the activation energy of initiation approaches zero.
