我厂原是以生产电化学仪器为主的小厂,在无产阶级文化大革命的推动下,我厂工人、技术人员、干部组成的三结合小组,在经验不足和设备简陋的情况下,发扬世上无难事,只要肯登攀的精神,以毛主席辩证唯物主义的认识论为指导,认真学习了毛主席的"一个正确的认识,往往需要经过由物质到精神,由精神到物质,即由实践到认识,由认识到实践这样多次的反复,才能够完成"等有关教导,根据x射线衍射的基本原理,通过制作试验性仪器,从实践中积累了经验,通过厂内外三结合讨论,认真总结经验,掌握了设计仪器的关键,在设计中敢于"打破洋框框,走自己工业发展道路."前后用了两年不到的时间自行设计了具有某些独特风格的XYS-1型X射线衍射仪.本x射线衍射仪适用于分析、鉴定结晶物质、测量晶格常数、晶粒大小、晶格应变和应力、测量结构聚合物结晶度、纤维取向、分析晶体缺陷等项工作.因此可以广泛地应用于冶金、机械、石油、纺织、化工和地质等工矿企业和研究单位.

The X-ray diffraptometer type XYS-1 consists of a X-ray generator, a goniometer and a recorder equipped with an electronic counter, ratemeter, recorder and remote control system. By employing some new techniques like integrated circuits, pulsecontrolled step-spanning, step motor scanning with photoelectric counting of the angle for the goniometer and central panel display, this apparatus is mora reasonably constructed and easily maintained and can be remotely controlled, so that the operator will be less exposed to the radiation.
