在第Ⅰ和Ⅱ报中,报导了仙鹤草酚A,B,C,D和E的结构的确定以及仙鹤草酚C的合成.为了确证所推定的化学结构,本文继续报导了仙鹤草酚A,B,D和E的合成.实验结果表明,合成品的各种数据与天然品一致,从而完全确证了四个有效成分仙鹤草酚A,B,D和E的结构.

In parts Ⅰ[4] and Ⅱ[5]of this series it was reported that the struotures of five aoylphlorogluoinol derivatives,namely,agrimol A,B,C,D and E were deduced by means of ohemioal degradation and spectral analyses. The synthesis of agrimol C,was also described.In this report agrimol A,B,D and E have been synthesized for the purpose of confirming their struptures and the sequence of the reactions are shown in the Chipese text,The melting points,Rf,elementary analyses,IR,NMR and MS spectra of the synthetic compounds are in agreement with those of the corresponding natural samples respectively.
