有机磷化合物的研究——Ⅴ.中性磷化合物的纸上层析分离鉴定

一般中性磷化合物(磷酸三烷基酯、烷基瞵酸二烷基酯、二烷基瞵酸烷基酯、氧化三烷基瞵、亚磷酸二烷基酯及亚磷酸三烷基酯)皆能借乙酰化滤纸为固定相,进行纸上层析分离鉴定.化合物结构类型、烷基碳原子数目、展开剂性质对纸上层析比移值均有显著影响.化合物的极性及分子量是决定纸上层析行为的主要因素.滤纸的乙酰值对层析行为亦有影响.所提供的Hanes-Isherwood试剂显色改良法,具有操作简捷、色斑清晰及色谱易于保存的优点.对一般中性磷化合物的显色灵敏度为1微克.中性磷化合物的纸上层析色斑面积与其含量有较好的正比关系,借面积计算法可进行纸上层析的定量测定,实验误差为±3%.

A series of neutral organophosphorus compounds including trialkylphosphats, dialkyl alkylphosphonate, alkyl dialkyl phosphinate, trialkyl phosphine oxide and alkyl esters of phosphorus acid have been separated by reversed phase chromatography on acetylated paper.The Rf values vary with the type of compounds and are closely rolatod to the number of carbon atoms of the alkyl groups, the nature of the mobile phase and the acetyl number of the paper.The molecnlar weight and the polarity of the title compound as represented by the summation of the group negativities(∑X)are the determinants in th)ir behavior on paper chromatography.When the Rf values rare plotted either against bhe number of carbon atoms of alkyl groups for homologous series, or against the ∑X of the compounds under investigation, straight lines result in both cases.A prediction of the Rf value of an unknown compound of phosphorus can thus be performed.
