腐植酸的氨化机理的研究

从风化煤分离、纯化得到的腐植酸经化学转化为它的钙盐和钡盐或经甲基化和硅烷化作用制成相应的衍生物,用以封住腐植酸分子上的羧基和酚羟基或两者.将腐植酸及其各种衍生物在常温下用干燥过的氨进行氨化,然后用红外光谱法、核磁共振法和模型化合物的化学反应对氨化产物进行表征和研究.实验结果表明:氨主要与腐植酸分子上的羧基作用,同时又选择性地与邻位二酚基作用.在100℃以上长时间加热时,腐植酸会失水生成五元环的酸酐结构,证明腐植酸分子上有一定量的邻位羧基,而腐植酸铵的羧酸铵基会同时转化为酰胺基和少量羧基.基于上述结果可以概括出一些可能对改进腐铵肥料的生产工艺和产品质量具有参考价值的意见.

Humio acid isolated from weathered coal was transformed into its calcium and barium salts and its methyl and silyl derivatives with the intention to block either the reactive earboxyl groups or the phenolio hydroxyl groups or both in the molecules, The humic acid and these various derivatives were ammoniated with dried ammonia at ambient temperature, and were then characterized and studied by infrared speotro-scopy, nuclear magnetio resonance spectroscopy, chemical reaction of model tom-pounds and elemental analyses. It was found that ammonia resets chiefly with the carboxyl groups and selectively with the ortho phenolic dihydroxyl groups in the humic said molecules. On prolonged heating at above 100℃, cyclic anhydride will be formed in the hnmio acid molecule via the dehydration of adjacent carboxyl groups, while the ammonium carboxylate groups in the ammonium hnmate will be transformed into amide groups and carboxyl groups simultaneously. On the ground of these results, several notions are proposed which may be of practical value for modifying the manufacturing process and improving the quality of hnmic acid fertilizer, ammonium humate.
