根据精馏分析原理可知用精馏的方法不能获得含水量低于7%的有机溶剂,用溶液的热力学处理盐影响恒沸物气液平衡的数据,证实了加入无水氯化钙使有机溶剂脱水是有效的.文章讨论了无水氯化钙脱水的机理,并提出了有机溶剂脱水的合适工艺.
The recovery of organic solvents containing water less than 7% from a miaturo of acetone, ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate and water is impossible, according to the principle of rectification analysis, because of the formation of azeotropic distillates. Experiments show that the dehydration of these organic solvents could be made effective by the addition of anhydrous calcium chloride. Explaination is given by treating the data of salt effect on vapor-liquid equilibrium in terms of thermodynamics of solutions. The mochainsm of dehydration by anhydrous calcium chloride is discussed, and a suitable technique for the dehydration of organic solvents is provided.
