黄花杜鹃挥发油化学成分的研究

从黄花杜鹃(烈香杜鹃,Rhododendron anthopogonlides Maxim.)挥发油中分得十个化合物:d-柠檬烯(1)、香叶烯(2)、γ-芹子烯(3)、α-芹子烯(4)、χ-芹子烯(5)、杜鹃烯(6)、杜鹃次烯(7)、栊牛儿酮(8)、桧脑(9)和苄基丙酮(10).6及7系新化合物.药理筛选结果表明1、6、8及10具镇咳作用;3、5及9具祛痰作用.

The oil sample was obtained by steam distillation of the leaves and tender branches of Rhododendron anthoPogonoides Magim. gathered in the Datung County of Qinghai Province with yields of 0.7~1.9%. It possesses a strongly aromatic and characteristio odour and has the following physico-chemical constants:nD20 1.5075; d420 0.9575; [a]D+10.1° (c. 4, C2H5OH); acid number 1.332; ester number 19.21.
