ZSM-5沸石是一种高硅铝比的新型沸石分子筛.它是一种高效、多能的形状选择性(shapeselective)催化剂,可应用于异构化、烷基化、歧化、芳构化、选择性裂化及石油油品改质等一系列反应,特别在二甲苯异构化、乙烯和苯反应制取乙苯以及甲苯歧化这三个反应上更有着突出的性能[1].

Using different crystallization conditions ZSM-5 zeohte of different crystallite sizes (~1μ and≤0.1μ) was synthesized from the reaction mixture of water glass, aluminum sulphate and ethyl (or n-butyl) amine. It was shown that ZSM-5 crystallites of these two sizes have similar adsorptive capacity, but the smaller crystallites(≤0.1μ) possess higher catalytic activity than the larger ones (~10μ) in the liquid-phase isomerization of gylene.
