16-脱氢黄体酮用梨头霉的羟基化

MICROBIOLOGICAL HYDROXYLATION OF 16-DEHYDROPROGESTERONE BY ABSIDIA ORCHIDIS

用梨头霉(Absidia orchidis)加羟基于16-脱氢黄体酮(1)与用黑根霉(Rhizopus nigricans)转化的结果不同,即羟基不加入于C11而加入于C6、C7、C15或兼而有之,且⊿16-双键不被饱和.所得产物是2~4,化合物(3)是主要产物.2~4的结构经化学转化和光谱方法测定.

Microbiological hydroxylation of 16-dehydroprogesterono(1) with Absidia orchidis afforded 15β-hydroxy 16-dehydroprogesterone(2),7β,15β-dihydroxy-l6-dehydro- progestrone(S) and 6β,15β-dihydroxy 16-dehydroprogesterone(4).Compound(3) was the major product.The result was different from that of hydroxylation with Rhizopus nigricans which afforded only the 11a-hydroxy derivative with the saturation of C16 double bond to give the unnatural 17α-configuration.The structure of compounds 2-4 have been characterized through chemical trans-formations and spectroscopic evidences.
