比较了23个茛菪醇羧酸酯类生物碱的质谱,发现C6和C7有无含氧取代基,是产生不同质谱特征的重要结构因素.根据不同质谱特征,可以容易地推测这类新生物碱的结构.

After comparison of the mass spectra of 23 tropine ester alkaloids,it is found that whether or not oxygen-containing groups are present at C6 or C7 positions is an important structural factor which gives rise to different mass spectral characteristics,and based on these,the structures of new alkaloids belong to this group can be easily deduced.
