大叶桉酚甲的结构和合成

从大叶桉的叶中分得大叶桉酚甲,为一种新的酰基间苯三酚衍生物的二缩聚体,通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱的解析以及碱液分解产物的鉴定,推定其结构为1,并经全合成确证.大叶桉酚甲对鼠疟原虫有抑制作用.

Robustaol A,a new acylph.lorogluoinol derivative,has been isolated from the leaves of medicinal plant Eucalyptus robusta Sm.(Myrtaoeae).The structure of robustaol A is proved to be 1 with the aid of UV,IR,NMR,MS spectral analyses,and through identification of its alkaline degradation products.The proposed structure of 1 has been confirmed by a four-step synthesis as shown in chart 2 of the Chinese text.Robustaol A showed antimalarial activity in mice.
