本文合成了meso-四-(3-N-甲基吡啶)卟啉[T(3-MPy)P],并研究了它与铅的络合反应.应用铅-T(3-MPy)P络合物的Soret带,制定了光度测定微量铅新的高灵敏度的方法.络合物形成反应在室温下可迅速进行,它的Soret带在472nm.当铅的含量达800ppb时,仍可得到直线的工作曲线.络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为2.53×105.研究了其它离子的干扰及确定了容许量.

Properties of meso-tetra-(3-N-methylpyridyl)porphyrin and its complex formation reaction with lead (Ⅱ) wore studied, and a now highly sensitive method for spectre-photometric determination of micro amounts of lead has been developed, utilizing the Soret band of the lead-T(3-MPy)P complex. The complex formation reaction in aqueous medium is very rapid at room temperature. The Soret band of the complex lies at 472 nm. A straight line calibration curve is obtained up to at last 800 ppb of lead. Apparent molar absorption coefficient is 2.53×105. Interference duo to other ions are examined and their tolerance limits are also shown.
