色谱中分离不完全峰的定量研究——双检测器定量法(Ⅰ)

应用Knauer高效液相色谱仪中的双检测器(Dual detector)对分离不完全的组分(R<1)具有不同的响应值(或定量因子),求解线性联立方程进行定量.选用分离度R=0.4的蒽和菲及R=0.16的间-二甲苯和对-二甲苯作为样品,得到较为满意的结果.此法原则上也适用于气相色谱.

In this paper a method for quantitative analysis of inseparable pocks (R<1) in chromatography is described by using dual deteotor method. Results obtained by taking (a) anthracene and phenanthrene (R<0.4) and (b) m-and p-xylenes (R<0.16) as samples seem satisfactory. This method is applicable to inseparable peaks with very small R value.
