用流动色谱法测定固体样品的孔径分布繁复费时.计算时要经过作图、内插、查表等步骤,不是由一个或几个数学方程式所能表示,因而无法用一般误差传递公式来考察各个实验参数的变化对结果的影响.用重复试验的方法或用一般计算器进行模拟计算工作量都太大,只有应用电子计算机,才有可能模拟大量的实验条件变化,考察所得到的结果.

Using oompnter simulation,we examined the influences of various experimental parameters on pore size distributions as determined by elution chromatography.The influences are different for two types of adsorption isotherms.The changes in saturated vapor pressure of nitrogen and total gas velocity have more profound effects on the pore size distribution.If the pore size only is to be obtained from experiments,then it was found that the shapes and leap regions of the adsorption isotherms are crucial,hence it is possible to reduce the number of observations on the other parts of the isotherm without reducing the accuracy of the determinations.
