本文研究了Li/TiO2电池中的嵌入反应.X射线衍射分析表明,不仅锂嵌入二氧化钛,并出现新相LiTiO2.对嵌入反应的热力学函数通过库仑滴定进行了研究和讨论,提出嵌入过程分两个步骤:(1)xLi+TiO2→LiαTiO2(2)LiαTi2→xLiTiO2+(1-x)TiO2.

The intercalation reactions in Li/TiO2 batteries have been investigated. X-ray diffraction measurements showed that the reaction is not a simple intercalation reaction, but involved the conversion of TiO2 to a structurally different phase:Li- TiO2. The concentration(x) of Li intercalated in TiO2 were measured through the use of conlometric titration, Thermodynamic properties were determined from intermittent equilibrium measurements giving e. m. f., lithium chemical potential in TiO2, as a function of x.Furthermore,the free energy, entropy and enthalpy of intercalation as well as the free energy, entropy and enthalpy of formation of Lix-TiO2 were reported.
