唐古特瑞香生物活性二萜的研究I.抗生育活性二营唐古特瑞香甲素的分离与结构

从中国特有瑞香科植物古特瑞香的乙醇提取物中分得一新的抗生育活性二萜,命名为唐古特瑞香甲素(1)和三个已知活性二萜,GNIDITRIN(2),土沉香毒素(3)和瑞香毒素(4)以及棕榈酸(5).根据它们的光谱数据和化学反应分别确定其结构.其中化合物1对孕猴中期妊娠引产剂量300微克/只,羊膜控注射给药.

D. tangutica (Thymelaeaceae) has been used in the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of various diseases. From the EtOH extract of its stem and root bark, a new bioactive diterpene, tanguticacine (I), was isolated in 0.011% yield. Also gniditrin (II), excoecariatoxin (III), daphnetoxin (IV), and palmitic acid were identified. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR spectra and chem. evidence. The min. abortifacient dose of I was 300 mg/monkey.
