发展了用激光光热探测法探测红外弱吸收的方法.用此法研究了用CDF3在红外激光场下,由多光子吸收引起的选择性光化学过程,以及惰性气体对选择性的影响.在R(12),R(16)和R(26)支发现三个强吸收峰.其中R(12)和R(26)支的吸收在线性吸收谱上是重叠的,R(16)是一个在线性吸收谱中从不出现的新峰,还观察了在TEA CO2激光的R(26)支,CDF3和CHF3混合物的选择性解离,加入稍释气体Ar后选择系数增加,它可解释为CDF3和CHF3之间的碰撞几率减少.

The optothermal spectrum of CDF3 mol. in the IR region was reported. Three strong absorption peaks were found at R(12), R(16) and R(26) lines. Among these, the absorption of R(12) and R(26) lines was overlapping the linear absorption spectrum. R(16) Line was a new peak which never appeared in the linear absorption spectrum and may be attributed to the different band of n5+ni琻i. The selective disociating of the mixture of CDF3 and CHF3 at the R(26) line of TEA CO2 laser was also observed The selective coefficient increased on adding buffer gas, Ar. It could be explained by reduction of the probability of collision between CDF3 and CHF3.
