从毛茛科植物七星草乌的根中分离得到四个新化合物和一个已 知化合物,根据它们的物理化学常数和IR, UV, ^1H NMR, ^1^3NMR和MS分析, 分别确定为七星草乌碱(conaconitine)(1), N, N-双(甲氨甲酰基)-甲胺[N,N-bis(methylcarbamyl)-methylamine](2),三(甲氨甲酰基)-胺[tris(methylcabamyl)amine ](3),1-(1-溴乙基)-4-(1,2-二溴乙基)-苯[1-bromocthyl)-4-(1,2-dibromoethyl)-benzene](4)和已知化合物对-双(1,2-二溴乙基)-苯[p-bis(1,2-dibro-moethyl)-benzene](5)。

The alklaloid conaconitine (I), and N,N-bis(methylcarbamyl)-methylamine, tris(methylcarbamyl)amine, 1-(1-bromoethyl)-4-(1,2-dibromoethyl)benzene and the known compound p-bis(1,2-dibromoethyl)benzene were isolated from the roots of Aconitum. This is the first report of these compounds from a natural source. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral anal. (UV, IR, MS, 1H and 13C NMR).
