KMgF~3中Ce^3+的发射中心及取代格位的研究

本文用高温固相扩散反应方法及坩埚下降法制备了KMgF~3-Ce^3+及KMg~1-xM~xF~3-Ce^3+(M=Be^2+,Ca^2+)的粉末样品及KMgF~3-Ce^3+单晶,测定了它们的激发光谱和发射光谱,发现KMgF~3-Ce^3+中存在两种不同的发射中心,且证明了这是不同的电荷补偿途径所致,而不是Ce^3+占据了不同的阳离子格位所致.通过X射线四圆衍射仪的检测及Be^2+和Ca^2+对KMgF~3-Ce^3+中Mg^2+取代后的光谱变化,推Ce^3+占据KMgF~3中K^+的格位.

With the method of high temperature solid state reaction and stockbarger, the authors synthesized a series of powder phosphors of KMgF3-Ce3+, KMg1-xMxF3-Ce3+ (M = Be2+, Ca2+) and the single crystal of KMgF3-Ce3+ were synthesized. The authors tested their excitation and emission spectra, found two emission centers in KMgF3-Ce3+ and demonstrated that they resulted from different charge compensating ways. The structural anal. on KMgF3-Ce3+ from a four-cycle diffractometer and spectral anal. on KMg1-xMxF3-Ce3+ (M = Be2+, Ca2+), indicated that Ce3+ ion only substituted K+ site in KMgF3.
