5-取代苯胺基-6-苯基-1, 2, 4-三嗪-3-硫酮的合成

苯甲酰基-N-取代苯基硫代甲酰胺和氨基硫脲反应, 首先在酸性介质中形成缩氨基硫脲, 然后在碱性介质(pH=8~9)中环化, 生成5-取代苯胺基-6-苯基-1, 2, 4-三嗪-3-硫酮。本文合成10个新的该类杂环化合物。

Condensation of RNHC(S)Bz (R = Ph, 4-MeC6H4, 4-MeOC6H4, 4-FC6H4, 4-ClC6H4, 4-BrC6H4, 4-IC6H4, 2-MeC6H4, 2-BrC6H4, 3,4-ClFC6H3) with H2NNHC(S)NH2 in H2O-EtOH in the presence of HOAc gave 62.2-78.0% thiosemicarbazones I, cyclization of which in EtOH in the presence of 10% NaOH gave 65.7-89.7% the title compounds II.
