首次采用3-三苯锗基正丙醇及其衍生物和硫代磷酸类的合成路线,合成了13个标题新化合物。其结构由IR,^1HNMR及MS等手段鉴定。研究结果表明:以NaH作缚酸剂,18-冠-6作相转移催化剂可以大大加速反应。体外实验表明,部分化合物对KB,A2780,HCT-8等癌细胞有较好的抑制活性。

Thirteen titled compounds were synthesized by the reaction of O- alkyl-O-aryl phosphochloridothioates with 3-(triphenyllgermyl)-1- propanols. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, MS and elementary analyses. The reaction can be accelerated by addition of phase transfer catalysts and the best results were obtained in the presence of 18-crown-6. Some of these compounds showed antitumor activities in vitro.
