瓜环与链状客体自组装包结配合物结构模式的考察

Investigation of Self-assembled Inclusion Complexes of Cucurbit[n=5~8]urils with Polyamines Guests

以2,3或4-醛基吡啶和不同长度碳链的二胺为原料,合成了一系列的N,N'-二(吡啶甲基)二氨基烷烃.以核磁共振技术为研究手段,系统考察了瓜环(cucurbit[n=5~8]urils)为主体,链状多元胺化合物N,N'-二(吡啶甲基)-二氨基烷烃为客体的主客体包结实体自组装过程,对其中具有特殊结构的主客体包结实体进行了详细描述,实验结果表明,对于不同瓜环与不同的客体相互作用,所形成的主客体包结配合物的结构各不相同,不仅如此,某一特定瓜环与某一特定客体相互作用,所形成的主客体包结配合物的结构也有可能是多种模式的.这些结构还得到ESMS质谱分析的支持.

A series of N,N'-bis(pyridylmethyl)-diaminoalkanes have been synthesized from 2,3 or 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde and different diamines. The possibility of self-assembly psedorotaxanes of cucurbit[n=5~8]urils with rod materials has been investigated by using NMR techniques. Here the rod materials or guests are polyamines of N,N'-bis(pyridylmethyl)-diaminoalkane. The structures of the host-guest complexes of the cucurbit[n=5~8]urils with the rods were discussed in details. The experimental rsults revealed that different interaction models could be formed from different cucurbit[n=5~8]urils and different N,N'-bis(pyridylmethyl)-diaminoalkanes, also multiple interaction models could be formed from a certain cucurbit[n]uril and a certain N,N'-bis(pyridylmethyl)-diaminoalkane. These suggestions for the interaction models were supported by the ESMS spectroscopy.
