同步辐射显微红外光谱法应用于杜仲的研究

Study of Cortex Eucommiae by Infrared Microspectroscopy Using Synchrotron Radiation

同步辐射显微红外光谱具有高亮度、高信噪比等优势. 应用同步辐射显微红外光谱对于中药进行研究, 可以进行微区分析, 从而更加深入了解中药的组成. 应用同步辐射显微红外光谱对于杜仲的冰冻切片进行研究, 采集不同微区的一系列红外光谱|同时对选定区域进行化学成像, 进一步研究该区域中化学组成的分布, 从而对于杜仲红外光谱中各个峰的归属有深入的了解. 研究结果表明同步辐射显微红外光谱是研究杜仲化学成分的有效工具, 可以进一步应用于中药的研究中.

Compared with conventional globar source, synchrotron source has several advantages such as much higher signal-to-noise and brightness. Synchrotron FTIR microspectroscopy can probe small regions and obtain high quality spectra, which can help researchers know traditionl Chinese medicine further. In this paper, synchrotron FTIR microspectroscopy was used to investigate cryosection of Cortex Eucommiae from Hubei Province and a series of IR micro-spectra were obtained. Chemical images of cryosection were also obtained to know distributions of different chemicals in Cortex Eucommiae. The present research shows that synchrotron FTIR microspectroscopy is an useful tool to study Cortex Eucommiae and can be used to study the other traditional Chinese medicines.
