2-肟基丙二腈与羟胺反应合成1,3-二氨基-1,2,3-三肟基丙烷反应动力学研究

Kinetics Study of the Synthesis of 1,3-Diamino-1,2,3-trioximinopro- pane from the Reaction of Malononitrileoxime with Hydroxylamine

2-肟基丙二腈与羟胺反应合成1,3-二氨基-1,2,3-三肟基丙烷是合成呋咱衍生物的关键步骤. 利用紫外光谱法对该反应的动力学进行了研究. 实验结果表明反应为二级反应, 分反应级数各为一级. 10 ℃时, 该反应速率常数为0.0679 L•mol-1•min-1|提高2-肟基丙二腈、羟胺的浓度和反应温度, 可以加快反应速率.

The synthesis of 1,3-diamino-1,2,3-trioximinopropane from the reaction of malononitrileoxime with hydroxylamine is the key step for the preparation of furazan derivatives. The kinetics of this reaction was studied by ultraviolet absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the overall reaction was of the second-order and the order of reaction for malononitrileoxime and hydroxylamine was first-order for each. The reaction rate constant at 10 ℃ was 0.0679 L•mol-1•min-1. It was demonstrated that the velocity of the reaction would speed up with the increase of the malononitrileoxime concentration, the hydroxylamine concentration, and the temperature.
